Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is being developed by Atlus and Omega Force, the Koei Tecmo studio known for its work on the Warriors games. The teaser ends with a glimpse of a new character. In the style of Koei Tecmo’s Warriors (aka Musou) games, Joker is seen battling dozens of Persona 5 Shadows at once. In a teaser trailer for Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers, protagonist Joker is shown fighting alongside his persona, Arsene, at Shibuya’s famous “scramble” crossing.
That game, announced on Thursday, is coming to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
Atlus and Koei Tecmo are teaming up to reimagine Persona 5 as a Dynasty Warriors-style beat-’em-up called Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers.
