According to the storyline, a mad scientist has disguised as a nurse that holds an international women’s wrestling tournament, who is struggling to brainwash the characters and takes their DNA samples to create a super soldier. It introduces a face system derived from real-life wrestling, and each character has an alternate side. A storyline mode and an option are available to enable two AI-controlled wrestlers to duke it out while the player watch. In the game, the player will experience two types of matches such as regular and mud wrestling. There are more than 11 playable characters available, and each has its two versions of the same character. The game introduces the female wrestler characters to play, and each has its unique personality and skills for players to choose from to fight.
